Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is defective.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
• Return Accepted Within 7 Days (opening video compulsory)

Terms & Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

•  In any case you want to return any material purchased from us, the courier charges included during the purchase will be not refundable.
• The amount of the material returned by you will be refunded after we have received your courier of the purchased item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Minor color variations due to screen or display settings.
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
• Customized or specially ordered products.
• Products without original packaging, tags, or invoices.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchange Policy

In eligible cases, customers may choose a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

• Order Number
• Photos/Videos of the Product
• Photos of the Packaging

Our team will review the request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
